To join our network a community must intend to be Open, Beyond Sustainable, and Co-Governed.

-Open is a willingness to expand and collaborate as well as hosting a volunteer program.
-Beyond Sustainable is  producing more food, water, energy and products then required. 
-Co-Governed is all of the members of the community feeling respected and acknowledged.
